What is the HPI EVOLVE Radiator?
The EVOLVE Radiator is engineered to push your vehicle's performance to the next level.
It effectively suppresses water temperature spikes during aggressive track sessions while ensuring stable cooling even in low-airflow conditions, such as heavy city traffic.
By optimizing core width, fin design, and pitch geometry, we provide a reliable cooling solution for everything from stock daily drivers to fully tuned race cars.
Series Guide
• Standard Series: This series features a high-capacity core with overwhelming coolant volume.
It delivers exceptional cooling efficiency and minimizes temperature rise over multiple laps.
It is specifically designed for demanding environments like drifting and mini-circuit racing.
• Multi-Flow Series: Features high-capacity tanks on the left and right sides, forcing coolant to cycle through the core multiple times for extended heat exchange.
This design maximizes dissipation within limited surface areas, providing reliable cooling even during stationary idling with electric fans.
It is recommended for vehicles requiring cooling performance beyond OEM capacity.
• Light SH Series: This series utilizes a slim-profile core designed for lightweight performance and minimal modification during installation.
It promotes rapid self-dissipation for faster temperature recovery during cooling laps.
This is a versatile model suitable for everything from street use to light-tuned sports driving.
Proprietary Technology
Control Plate: For models where the upper and lower hose inlets are aligned, we integrate a proprietary Control Plate inside the upper tank.
This plate balances the internal flow across the entire radiator core, ensuring uniform and efficient heat exchange.
Micro Pitch: Ultra-fine fin and tube spacing for maximum heat dissipation under severe race conditions.
Standard Pitch: Balanced design optimized for consistent cooling across various driving stages.
