Step 1: Inquiry

Please contact us via our inquiry form, making sure to include your desired Part Number, Product Name, Quantity, and Destination (Country, City, Postal Code).

Step 2: Quotation

We will send you a quotation including the product price, shipping fee, and stock availability.

Step 3: Payment 
If you are satisfied with the quotation, please make your payment via bank wire transfer.

Step 4: Processing

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed. (For items made by other brands, we will order them from the maker at this stage.)

Step 5: Shipping 

We will carefully pack and ship your items with a tracking number.
