We select and determine the optimal shipping method based on the product's characteristics

(size, weight, and shape) and the delivery destination.

As each carrier has its own unique terms and conditions, we appreciate your leaving the selection of the appropriate carrier to us.

Payment should be made by bank transfer.  We do not accept credit cards or PayPal.

Your order will be officially placed once we confirm your payment.

(For orders of products from other manufacturers, we will place the order with the manufacturer after confirming your payment.)

All prices displayed on the English website are exclusive of tax.

At the time of payment, a 10% consumption tax and shipping fees will be added to the product price.

🌐 International Customers
 

We offer 3 shipping options:

1. Using your own courier account (such as FedEx, OCS, DHL, etc.) / Freight collect
    

2. EMS (Depending on the destination country or region, this service may not be available.)
    

3. Our partner courier service (International courier)
    

• If you use your own courier account: Please provide your account number, and we will ship via freight collect (shipping fees billed directly to you by the carrier).
   

• If you prefer EMS: Note: EMS may not be available depending on the destination. In such cases, we will guide you to use our partner courier service instead.  
  Since EMS only supports prepaid shipping, we will calculate and add the shipping fee to your quotation along with the product price.
   

• If you prefer our partner courier service: Even if you do not have your own courier account, we can ship your order using our partner courier.
  The actual shipping cost will be billed together with the product price.
   

◉ Note for third-party or special order items)
For products not in our direct stock (such as products from other manufacturers) or special orders, the exact box size and weight cannot be determined until the items arrive at our warehouse and are fully packed.

Therefore, we will provide an estimated shipping fee at the quotation stage.
After packing is complete, we will recalculate the actual shipping cost, and if any difference occurs, we will contact you to discuss the adjustment.
