Product Overview
This premium heat shield features an embossed aluminum surface bonded to a 6mm thick composite fiberglass insulation.
The reverse side is equipped with a high-strength adhesive capable of withstanding temperatures up to 450°C.
Highly Flexible: Can be easily cut with tin snips and bent to fit complex shapes such as bulkheads, floor pans, and transmission tunnels.
Thermal Performance: Designed for extreme environments with exceptional heat resistance.

Precautions for Use
Surface Prep: Thoroughly clean and degrease the application surface before installation.
Bonding: For maximum adhesion, we recommend scuffing the surface or applying a primer.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.
Shelf Life: Adhesive strength may diminish over long-term storage.
Cold Weather: In low temperatures, warm the shield with a dryer or heat gun. Apply firm, deliberate pressure to ensure a secure bond.
Limitations: Adhesion may be weak on uneven, rough, or contaminated (moisture, oil, dust) surfaces.
