The "Spec.R" Cool Seat is designed to prevent heatstroke for drivers using bucket seats on the track.
 
Precautions for Use
Lithium-Ion Battery
  • Emergency: Stop use immediately if the unit becomes hot, emits a strange odor, or shows any signs of malfunction.
  • Damage: If the unit is swollen or deformed, discontinue use and replace or dispose of it properly.
  • Compatibility: Do not use the battery for any purpose other than this product.
  • Storage: It is recommended to store the battery at approximately 60% charge.
    • Perform an operation check periodically (about once a month) and recharge as needed.
    • Long-term storage in an overcharged or over-discharged state may cause rapid deterioration, rendering the battery unusable.
    • Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity.
 
Consumable Parts
  • Replacement: Gaskets and O-rings are consumables. Cracks, wear, or hardening can cause water leaks.
    • Inspect before every use and replace periodically (recommended once per season).
  • Installation: Ensure all gaskets are placed in the correct location and orientation.
  • Maintenance: To prevent mold, odors, and corrosion, always wash thoroughly after use and dry completely.
  • Long-term Storage: Clean off all dirt and dry thoroughly before storing in a cool, dry place.
  • Exclusivity: These gaskets are proprietary parts. Do not substitute them with other products to avoid leaks or performance loss.
  • Safety: The bottle spout and lid assembly have been tested and certified according to food safety laws.
 
Refrigerant (Freezing)
  • Bottle Selection: We strongly recommend using PET bottles specifically designed for freezing.
  • Deformation: Standard PET bottles may deform when frozen, making them unable to fit inside the main unit.
  • Safety: Never freeze carbonated beverages as it is extremely dangerous.
 
Circulating Water
  • Fluid Type: Always use standard tap water for the liquid circulating through the cooling vest or cool seat.
