Product Overview

This high-performance heat reflection sheet combines a heat-dissipating aluminum surface with a durable fiberglass core.

It is designed to withstand continuous external temperatures of up to 450°C, with an adhesive backing rated for 190°C.

Heat Reflection: Reflects up to approximately 80% of radiant heat.
Thermal Protection: Effectively blocks and reflects radiant heat within the engine bay.
Versatile Application: Ideal for components where temperature control is critical, such as intake pipes, oil lines, and bulkheads.

Precautions for Use

Surface Prep: Ensure the application surface is clean and thoroughly degreased before installation.
Bonding: We recommend sanding (scuffing) the surface or using a primer for optimal adhesion.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Avoid direct sunlight and high-humidity environments.
Shelf Life: Prolonged storage may lead to a decrease in adhesive strength.
Cold Weather: In low temperatures, adhesive performance may drop. Warm the sheet with a heat gun or dryer and apply firm, consistent pressure during installation.
Surface Texture: Adhesion may be compromised on uneven, rough, or contaminated (moisture, oil, dust) surfaces.
