This high-capacity oil pan is currently being developed exclusively for the G16E-GTS engine to enhance cooling performance and ensure stable oil lubrication.

Key Specifications & Features:
Increased Capacity: Designed to fit right up to the limits of the under-cover, increasing oil capacity by approximately 600–650cc.
 
Enhanced Cooling: Features integrated cooling fins on the oil pan body to improve heat dissipation.
 
Structural Reinforcement: Ribs are added to the exterior for increased durability.
 
Anti-Surge Design: Internal baffles are engineered to minimize oil shifting during heavy acceleration and braking, ensuring stable lubrication.
 
Development Status: We are currently in the stage of confirming dimensions and machining, moving toward final installation checks and track testing.
We are also exploring 1–2 additional ideas to further improve functionality for the final production version.
