COOLCORE® Technology

Unlike traditional contact cooling materials, COOLCORE® utilizes evaporative cooling technology using advanced patented materials developed in the United States.

While HPI imports the raw material, all sewing and manufacturing are 100% Made in Japan.

Difference from Contact Cooling

While typical contact cooling materials rely on high thermal conductivity or embedded minerals to instantly absorb heat and feel cold upon touch, their cooling effect is temporary and lasts only for a moment.

 

In contrast, COOLCORE® harnesses evaporative cooling, meaning that as long as there is moisture (sweat), the cooling effect lasts indefinitely.

Furthermore, exposing the fabric to airflow enhances the evaporation process, significantly boosting the cooling performance.
