HPI's unique filter design features metal netting on both the inner and outer surfaces (for the Cotton Type) to ensure maximum structural strength.
This prevents the filter from collapsing or deforming during high airflow, which can cause a drop in intake efficiency.
We have also maximized the filter's surface area to more than three times its external dimensions, pushing the limits of what's possible while maintaining durability.

Maintenance & Reusability
■ Cotton Type
Cleaning Interval: Approximately every 3,000 km
(varies by environment).Air Cleaning: Blow compressed air from the inside of the cleaner outward.
Washing: If heavily soiled, wash gently with a neutral detergent.
Note: Do not use brushes, as they may damage the filter. After washing with detergent, please replace the unit with a new one at the time of the next maintenance.
■ Stainless Type
Cleaning Interval: Approximately every 1,000 km
(varies by environment).Air Cleaning: Blow compressed air from the inside of the cleaner outward.
Note: Do not use neutral detergents on the stainless type.
